I help clients learn to acknowledge what sparks joy for them and learn to discard with gratitude what no longer serves them. We focus on intention and what is truly important in your everyday life. I am also an energy healer. Using modalities such as Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy, and The Emotion Code, I strive to teach you how to use your inner guide, your intuition, to show you what you need to feel completely fulfilled in life and remove any old thoughts and patterns that are preventing you from getting there.
